Mothers Who Dream,
Early March, 2002

Yes, it’s already March. Please forgive me for not having a newsletter to you in February. I’ll make up for it by providing a double dose this month – another newsletter to come in a few days.

Along with March comes spring, a time of new beginnings and fresh starts. Look around and see that the world is waking up all around you -- in the form of a flower blooming, the sun peeking out for a bit longer each day, and the new buds of pink on a tree that’s been dormant for months.

What spring also sometimes brings is a flurry of activity. At the plant nursery yesterday, cars were lined up all along the road, the place crawling with first-good-weather gardeners. Though the golden sunshine, the gentle breeze, and the sweet smells of Japanese Wisteria and just-bloomed lilac made most people smile, the crowds made for a hassle and a bit of stressful delay.

Amid the busy days of spring, don’t forget to take some time just for you. In
Take Five For Comfort, you’ll find out about my own private spot, and find tips to create your own.

***Following Your Dream? I need women to profile. If you or someone you know is pursuing her dream while mothering, please let me know. A little publicity is a good thing. Plus, you’ll be inspiring others.

Until next time, continue to dream.
